Kana Winery 2007 Katie Mae, Yakima Valley is 100% Two Coyote Vineyard Riesling. The fruit was harvested by hand, hand-sorted at crush and stainless steel tank fermented, retaining a balanced touch of sweetness before bottling in May of 2008. Katie Mae will pair well with many foods; as an aperitif, we suggest serving it chilled. With our wine-food tasting trials it truly sings with Asian cuisine.
